Apartment features

The apartment type “Bilo3” (about 45 square meters) is located in an elegant building with elevator. We live in the same building and we will be available for any need you have.

Its size is the ideal for up to 4 people (3 adults + 1 baby in a crib)

One bedroom with double bed or twin beds, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette provided with utensils and crockery, electric oven, fridge-freezer, colour TV.

Heating and air conditioning are adjustable from the apartment: using of air conditioning will be charged on real consumption of electricity: there is a small electricity meter which counts how much energy was used during your stay. When you arrive we will write the last electricity consumption and after your stay, we will calculate how much energy you used. We have been using this method for long time and our customers are pleased with it. They pay for electricity consumption they actually used.

 

All rooms have a window with balcony. In the lounge there is also the possibility of adding a third bed. In the apartment there is also a washing machine, hairdryer, and on request and free an iron and an ironing board.

Children under 3 years old can use the crib in the same room as their parents.
